    Rates include

    Exclusive use of the Villa – Internet wi-fi - Bed/bath/kitchen linen per person with weekly change - Water/electricity/gas – Cradle and baby chair - Firewood - Cleaning Service.

    Rates don't include

    Heating according to consumption – Extra bed (€ 100) - Tourist tax: €3.50 per person per day (for guests aged 14 and over). Applicable for a maximum of 7 days.

    Security Deposit

    € 500 to be paid cash at the arrival.
