    Rates include

    Exclusive use of the Villa – Internet wi-fi - Bed/bath/kitchen linen per person with weekly change - Water/electricity/gas – Cradle and baby chair - Firewood.

    Rates don't include

    Heating according to consumption – Extra bed (€ 100) - Final cleaning (€ 500) – Tourism Tax (€ 6,25 per stay per person over 14 years old) – Additional charge for extra final cleanings for weddings or events over 18 people (€ 500) are extras to be paid locally.

    Security Deposit

    € 500 to be paid cash at the arrival.
